ok business model to lend money to buy spec shares!!?? Yeh right! I've been trading spec oilers for 20 odd years and I'd never use borrowed money to do so. Far too illiquid. Too many rogue directors.

I'm hearing on the Business channel that if clients were told things that contradicted the signed agreement, the agreement might be nulled by a judge! I've never heard that before but then it comes down to a case of "he said, she said" etc
