I agree, and I also believe ANZ would never have let small punters in on Opes as they would have had to have had someone punching out 'change in substantial holder notices' almost every day for several companies .....it would have looked farcical on their announcements and been lots of paperwork between Opes and ANZ, so they didn't bother and tried to claim they had an exemption which was a lie.
Asic should have their guts for garters.
