Given there was $1.5billion in shares amongst 1200 clients who got tickets to the tennis, F1, V8 etc, had an average wealth of inexcess of a $1m each (average). There view is that you were speculator and deserve what you got.
As to repuational damage to ANZ, it will be a blip unless the 1200 undertake a concerted effort at them. If you do please also include the 6 'Friends' that caused this in the first place and Emini. Again these people are getting on with their lives. The other 1194 seem to sweating over the legal staus.
