Hi all unfortunately "one powerball" is correct and thats more than likely how the courts will determine their ruling.this is simple terms nothing elaborate here and if you all want some cash back its either sue OPES directors or simply wait for the "pool".these are the hard facts and going against ANZ in my opinion will merely dry up any monies available to clients..the only thing here is there needs to be an orderly distribution of funds if any is left over to firstly clients with nil borrowings and then down the line..accounts like the 6 would need to be called in and unfortunately that is anyone with loans regardless how small.a real aweful situation and i deeply feel sorry for the small clients dragged down by the major accounts and the directors.cheers Andy
