Bottomline is this issue is far more complex that just cents in the dollar. The parties have their work cut out for a gloabl solution, but the bright spot is that all the current court cases deal with misleading and deceptive conduct which works toward the date of the 27th March or before the conduct took place.
Finks ruling does not count if misleading and deceptive conduct is proved at the Opes Prime level, end result is that there would be no trouble proving this fact.
Bottomline is this issue is far more complex that just cents in...
