Anyway it is all speculation and no one will know until the results of mediation are released.
Bottomline if the offer is fair to all parties and creditors have a choices, perhaps it flys and everyone goes home,if not, we will all have our day in court.
The positive thing is that the parties want to try and settle, so that indicates just one thing, their case may not be as strong as they feel.
