i thought this had already started to play out with some of the more liquid stocks. My thoughts on this is that they will offer the directors the stocks back at a price around 20-30 cents. There would be no liquidity in the market for a share offering for the number of stocks they are looking to dump. Just this alone devalues these parcels and will create ANZ a few headaches as they look to recoup there exposure. Think the directors will walk away primarily intact of their holdings, just unfortunately a little out of pocket
