You might wonder why I am so positive about uranium at Harts Range, but [in addition to to assaying work that we we did in 1966] we have some VERY good assays already reported by THR which have received no press or publicity other that announcements to THR shareholders.
I keep reminding my family members that most uranium explorers report their early surface sampling in "ppm" which is parts per million. THR reports as a percentage of U3O8;EACH ONE PER CENT EQUALS 10,000 PARTS PER MILLION. And let us keep in mind, that with uranium at $US60 per pound, it is equivalent to $A139,000 per tonne. So EACH ONE PER CENT in ore IS WORTH $A1390 per tonne in the ground.
So when THR reports assays of 2 to 19 per cent uranium, they are really reporting 20,000 to 190,000 parts per million. Now I am sure that very few people know what I have just told you. But I feel that it is time to go back to my old lecture room and do some explaining. Conix
