The Directors were informed by Mr Salvatore Algeri, Receiver and Manager on behalf of Opes Prime that 6,389,869 shares (THR) and 2,551,877 warrants (THRO) in Thor Mining PLC were the subject of agreement(s) between Opes Prime and its customer(s). This represents 4.5% of the Company’s issued ordinary shares and 3.9% of the listed warrants.
