opes prime transfer of shares

Before I start...MODS, we need an Opes Forum!!!! You have kicked us off ANZ and we need a home. ASX General is not good enough.

I'd like to pose a question. If ANZ/Opes claim that shares were transferred to them the day they were lodged do they have to go through at market value? When opening my Opes account I lodged shares as collateral and received a 20% LVR or 20% of their market value as cash I could do what I liked with. Therefore (according to ANZ) I have sold them for 20% of their value. I wouldn;t have thought ASIC or ASX or even the ATO would allow transactions to go through this far under market value.

This is probably why in NORMAL AMSLA transaction you are given 100% of the shares value plus a fee.
