If he wins here the ANZ will be in big trouble - especially if the market recovers and they have to return shares by buying them on market at about 2-3 times the depreciated amounts they "fire-sold" them for.
IMO not a good time to hold ANZ shares - and to think that just weeks before the Opes Prime debacle I was on the verge of buying into ANZ at around $27.
