    The judge who ruled on this injunction only stated that he didn;t think an injunction would help at this point and even make things worse for the clients. He stated that the value of the assets were not going anywhere (unless ANZ fold!) and mayne the better course of action was via litigation. His decision did not reflect on the strength of the Opes clients case but rather on the value of the injunction
