And the other point is that my personal loss ran into the 7 zeros with OP. But I am also man enought to have a look at what my position would look like if OP did not go under. Perhaps I would have sold my shares, perhaps I would't, that is what thinking commercially is all about.

If the litigation lawyers are going to sell a lets go get em charge, I would personally like to know how a court is going to view the M&D damages claims and what position might I get put back into if successful. It seem there is much grey area about this.
