I agree. The other point is in compainies where clients had more than 5% they all would have known the management. I'm sure all these companies would love to do a placement and get some more cash at the moment.
Same thing with Directors holdings. No shareholders would not approve a Director getting his stock back via a placement at market.
If you want your shares back and you approch the company it will be easy.
