Yes its interesting that the settlement offer was reached just a few days before the first major trial involving the actions of various parties was due to start. We have of course had various Federal Court concentrating on various technical and interpretation issues, but I think Beconwood would have been more interesting regarding evidence. I guess we'll get news tomorrow on the adjournement - I wonder if the plaintiff is seeking any conditions on agreeing to seeking the delay.
