IMF clients did not have to pay fees to IMF anyway. So now everyone will lose to the litigators.
There is a very strong group and momuntum heading over to The Sweeney Team who will deal with these issues front on for the creditors.
The creditors committe was and is a joke and have done nothing to benefit the creditors in this process.
FH and ANZ think that they have won this now they have IMF and Slaters paid off, but it was the creditors that paid them out. FH get all their fees without a reduction for doing these deals with the litigators.
ANZ should increase the pool to compensate the creditors for these unfair deals to get the scheme to a vote.
