If they are sympathetic to the cause then how is discussing the case in a logical manner (which is 99% of Opes posts) going to alienate them. You contradict yourself.

If you re-read these posts the major critisism of the ANZ CEO is that he has handled the situation badly. I don't think anyone would argue that point (maybe except for him). I don;t see a problem with saying that certain courts and judges would be more favourable to the Opes cause. It;s well known and understood that this occurs.
