A Pathetic performance from their legal reps today. This is our best offer to ( Opes Prime Clients )and it should be passed as the years to wait for litagation to achieve a better result ( Our Justice ) Will not be worth it. No defence about the right or wrongs of their stealing our shares and selling them when it is known that they had no rights to do this . Not the armed robbery squad I would settle for the Hanging Squad A pathetic performance and this should be an invite for ASIC to enter and earn their Taxpayers funded monies to go and prosecute them now Cheers Towie
