You don't understand Towie, there is no litigation process now.
Both IMF and S&G are going to vote in favour of the scheme.
ASIC also want the scheme to fly, so which cavalry are you waiting for?
You keep talking about 70c. Who is going to get you that? if a litigator was to get you that, take a nice 30c of that number.
The scheme is the best solution in the end, but litigator costs should be credited back to the pool before the vote. Perhaps ANZ may even in their wisdom increase the pool.
Forget about court and litigation, it is never going to happen, so deal with what action can be taken now that is useful.
