Molly, the litigators have had every chance to push for creditors, but they have caved knowing the game is almost up, and to be honest, it just about is. Knowing this, they did what they had to do, they did a deal to get their fees out of the creditors pool.
We have watched ANZ divide and conquer the groups and round all the creditors up into this scheme, with little now standing in their way.
And 36c by December, well who really knows now.
