I think you will find the large amount creditors have already told their legal reps which way they are going to vote hence the S and G and IMF settling.
Its not a matter of having it explained to them they already know this is the best offer and they will want whatever is left of their money back. The market still has plenty of opportunities left and to not have your stake is worse than the unknown option of trying to go trhu the courts after more years of wasted opportunity. Their is no other offer ...no point talking about 80c or any other figure for that matter. Its either take this 37c or waste more valuable time in the hope of getting a better return (which has to be well over 80c to make it worth risking.
