The only interest I have is for the creditors.
If some creditors went a signed with a litigator and jumped the gun, not too sure why all the other OP creditors should foot their legal bills for their actions.
All the actions from the litigator were a waste of time and money and their actions did not push ANZ into this scheme.
And what is your beef if a group of OP creditors try and get a better outcome, you seem upset about the prospect.
