Hi as I see things S&G are very good lawyers for those who cannot afford to fund their own case and S&G do a very good job for them. In this case the ANZ Bank Merrills had bigger pockets and were able to pay higher up the ranks QCs. Unfortunatly ( Spelling ) this is how our legal system works . The small person has no chance.
