Hi I have had a couple of Phone calls and E mails suggesting that I may be mellowing to the ANZ Banks offer. This is not the case and over a few reds I think that this would be the better way to Attack the ANZ Bank and Merrills. If it could be organised a class action with the 1200 Opes prime clients that have been effected by the ANZ Bank and Merrills handling of this fiasco could all join with their Litagators Solicitors Barristors etc and present one united case against the ANZ Bank along with Merrills for a 1.8 Billion Dollar Claim . That was the value of the stocks loaned on )along with damages . My question would be were they as Banks doing the expected Due Diligence along with their expected responsibility by lending these monies . I would like to be able to present this scenario to the Judges hearing this case Cheers Towie
