Realistic, why do you think 70cts in a dollar is unrealistic? Afterall, it is accepted without doubt that ANZ late charge when Opes was insolvent would be hard for ANZ to defend. Consequently all ANZ would need to do would be to front up another 250million. The creditors are taking a major hair cut, why should ANZ be protected. Even ASIC believes ANZ have shay legal legs.
