Hi the outcome should be 100 percent of the value of our stocks at the 25th March . We will not get this as a settlement but could achieve that and maybe more via damages thru the courts. The only way to get a bigger and better settlement is to keep up the pressure on the ANZ Bank and Merrills along with keeping ASIC interested Cheers Towie
