What if ANZ topped up the offer with a flat amount per client?
EG say $50K per client.
So the offer becomes say 37c/$ + $50K.
With a cap that no one gets above 100% of original value.
Many (most?) of the smaller-medium client would get a much larger effective cents-in-dollar return from this.
While ANZ/Merrill don’t have to pay the same ratio to all clients.
How would that effect the voting?
