Perhaps the general feeling is that most of the larger clients may take what is on offer as it is perhaps a good outcome given the markets decline.
The other way would be to do all the creditors proof of claims first to find out what the total pool is with the damages, then have a look at how it works out. Seems they are trying to put the cart before the horse.
