Towie, your heart is in the right place, I think, but referencing the ANZACs to your case of losing some money in the collapse of a stockbroking firm is very distasteful and unhelpful to the moral position that most Opes clients have tried to maintain.
I am not sure what your cultural background is, and maybe it has been an honest mistake, but I would strongly advise you never to use the phrase "lest we forget" again in any of your future correspondence. It has appeared in many of your previous postings and I have to say that it made me cringe every time.
