Is your point that the court cases against ANZ will fail, or that they will take a long time to plead?
The point about a judge offering advice to settle is also a bit interesting. Is this normal?
Surely if they are just as black and white as has been indicated then it is just really up to him to sit and listen to arguments and make judgements. Why would he advise to settle?
