Hi Rednublue Smoking guns they are everywhere. I am looking forward to the days when the ANZ managers who were sacked are put into the witness box and asked If they knew what was happening with the big clients accounts (their answers under oath ) Maybe the 5 big clients could be also asked who and what they know ( At least 5 smoking guns ) As I see it they could be the icing on the cake for Opes Prime investors. I think that the Fink must be a very smart person and he is telling the legal fraternity to get their cases presented correctly and their are grounds for DAMAGES A lovely word to hear not just 30 cents in the dollar maybe .
