I'm not sure I've been indulging in too much poetic license and I would genuinely like to know what the definition of defamation is as far as HC is concerned.
If something is entirely hearsay, I concur that nobody should repeat it or add analysis to the point.
If it is reported by the regular press, or is lodged in an affidavit I assume it is ok? I wasn't sure we had to wait for a judicial ruling before it can be reported and discussed.
Please don't ban me, I'm just asking and I will adhere to advice given.
