Write as if ..you have to defend every sentence in court
If it you view and you are pushing a point...it is an assertion say so
If it is alleged ...say so
If it is speculation ..say so
It wont matter much in the end ..as discovery is going on on multiple fronts ..and the facts will get fully fleshed out over the near future
Many of us are a head of the public knowledge ..as we made it our business to be so
This is a frightfully simple case ...and in this writers view ANZ cannot win ..why push too hard ..when we are heading towards the home straight
Yesterdays ..response from Da Fink was more important ..than many realise ..
My view is he was directing S+G were to focus..
I note he mentioned estoppel ...as well ..which is pleasing ..because we believe Justice Roddy Maegher captured the case in the second week..Estoppel is a very strong pleading ..which should be enhanced
