Yes Andrew you are spot on with all you assumptions. The pool size increase the more damages claims are allowed. It wil be interesting what criteria FH will be looking for for damages claims. People are saying that one size for damages fit all, but I am not too sure about that. I dont think Chris Murphy should get damages claims if he had a credit account, nor should the ANZ executives that also had loans. How many more should not get damages?
