It would be nice to know how FH are going to assess the damages claims. No doubt the more they knock out of the damages creditors proof of debts, the bigger the distribtion amount across the board to all creditors.
Given FH are going to be judge, jury and executioner on that assessment, it would be nice to know the strength of your damages claim to get your proof of debt back to the 27th March.
You would assume they will give some guidence on this matter before voting.
It would be nice to know how FH are going to assess the damages...
