The vote wil be most likely for voting will be the 16th October. It will be by numbers and by value, so it will not make too much difference about the market values if on that basis, as creditor numbers could trump creditor value.
That is my understnding.
What then if 75% value get over the line and 75% numbers doesn't, who wins?
