From FH's Circular, it stated:
"Creditors will be entitled to submit claims based on the contractual close-out position plus any claim for damages, and those claims will be independently assessed."
Based on this statement, the maximum amount will be:
The value on Oct 16 + any claim for damages.
However, FH did not give information how the claim for damages will be assessed and which date will be used.
Someone may use the date of march 27, or use the highest share price between Mar 27 to Oct 16.
FH should tell us clearly how the claim for damages to be assessed? for example, dividends between Mar 27 and 16 Oct.
Too many questions left in FH's Circular.
