Should the Opes clients vote 75% in favour of the deal as I understand, that leave the other Opes clients out in the cold. No avenue for chasing ANZ through the courts, is it right? Could you then turn your attention on ASIC? I have no idea.
My initial post was to muse that was I a Opes client, I would take the 40c and move on because rough justice is it is, there is more to life than this.
