While many Opes clients may believe they have ANZ over a barrel, the litigation road will tie up their money into the distant future. While 40c in the dollar is a paltry amount, it is better than a promise of even $2 return on a $1 five years down the track. The opportunities to make money are there now.
I believe that the current deal is the best one on offer and failure to take it will hurt the Opes clients as much as ANZ.
