"Clients statements are being valued as at 31 March"
My early advice I received is that your position is calculated when your serve Opes (ie Deloittes) a notice of default. But it may be up to the courts to decide.
According to the statement interest on loans was calculated to 31st March. I wonder if they are still calculating interest! There is someone at ANZ/Deloittes who must be working out how to stick it to Opes clients however they can.
