Why on earth did Emini allow such a situation to support the LVR to Chris Murphy?
The Federal Court was told about business links between Murphy and ousted Opes CEO Laurie Emini last Friday. The two are co-investors in a company called Sarah Brown Pty Ltd which is registered at Murphy’s law firms address.
Sarah Brown LVRd to the extent of $45M to Opes wait till that story gets investigated :)
