I tend to agree. It's just some last minute desperation and stirring to try and panic Opes clients into accepting an upcoming (and probable, mediocre) settlement offer.
I am sure they don't want this is in the courts, it would go against everything Mike Smith said in his interview Sunday week ago. He'd be a fool to see this through the courts. Would be the last job he ever held and a PR disaster for the bank.
