Hi I was at the meeting today and on the Sweenies side to adjourn the meeting untill the finish of Mediation suggested as to be in 5 days time .I take the positive attitude is that the 2 big firms that have the most to gain from litagation S and G IMF should make the ANZ Bank Merrills and Dresner come up with an acceptable offer for ALL . Some who were creditors ( Had portfolios in credit ) are now debtors This should not be allowed to happen , and any offer from the ANZ Bank Merrils and Dresner should be related to their positions back in March I will not accept anything less. Those whose stock are worth more now Let them go to litagation . A good offer of 100 cents in the dollar would save the ANZ Bank Merrills and Dresner a lot of bad publicity and work towards adding real value back in their stocks to shareholders Cheers Towie
