What reputational damage will there be to ANZ anyway.Only in the minds of Opes litigants.I would have thought ANZ customers and shareholders would be applauding the companies actions in protecting their interests.The sort of rampant,irresponsible leverage applied by Opes investors was only ever going to end one way,and is erxactly the same as the Wall street mavericks we are now all lionising,and guess what,they want a bailout too.
