agree totally
ASX and ASIC have lost sight of the forest and looking at the weeds in the undergrowth
they will spend valuable time and effort now following up on a $2000 trade and conveniently forget that ANZ allegedly broke the law for several years under s671 of the corporations act
like flower arrangers in a florist shop this lot
the only way is to bring it to the attention of the Minister for ASIC and and ask the question as to why ANZ is not being prosecuted by ASIC for allegedly not complying with the corporations act over several years.
