What a pathetic statement. If your thinking is typical of anz middle level management's level of understanding of the issues, god help ANZ going forward. How out of touch anz middle level management is with reality? Nothing appears to have changed since Smith's 'overhaul'...the management incompetence was highlighted in the Crawford Report...and appears to have remained.
Listen to me...your employer is being sued because it allegedly was party to a fraud and broke the law. Simple as that.
