this has always been the banks strategy...to wear clients down to frustration
The point I was making is that FH has a duty to inform all clients that each client has a potential damages claim against the bank, and can pursue this, regardless of the mediation
rather, FH has taken a paternalistic approach, without consulting with clients, and trying to settle damages on their behalf, but no authority from clients to do so
