Methinks the unwinding of the previous 6 months transactions, if it can be proven that Opes was insolvent, might be the saving grace for the Opes investors.
Surely it couldn't be too hard to prove this, given that Emini allegedly allowed the 6 main accounts to go millions and millions into the red???
If Opes directors and management had just reeled in the bloody margin calls, as and when they should have, this oufit would be still trading today.
Albeit the investors would be mostly sitting on big losses I reckon given the carnage on the market.
