Nick Cooper's statements are completely negative on the whole area off Kenya, we do not know why he has made the statement, but his company has had their share being dumped recently. I can not see how these statement would help, but would expect the CEO to always act inthe best interest of his company.

Do not know how they got the information, unless they are providing funding to BG, or Ophir. My understanding was that BG has fully funded the drilling project for 2014. So was Cooper talking to the banks to raise funds for their drilling? If this assumption is true banks always take the worse case.
The above may be blind hope, regardless I have always had a long term view on PCL. The above is IMHO.
