I can't see anything either. Would be a bit sus declaring someone else's well uncommercial when the results haven't been released yet (and I'm not saying scuttlebutt doesn't get around).
Maybe he was parroting Chirchir from a week and a half ago?(but probably a bit premature from Chirchir also).
Still, I would like to have a read of what he did (apparently) say.
